FITNESS
We don’t follow the rules of classical barre, instead our classes are rooted in barre technique and inspired by the principals of pilates, weight training and athletic conditioning. We’ve taken our own approach to create a sustainable + empowering practice that develops strong + comfortable bodies, resilient + peaceful minds.
YOGA
We aim to offer formats that are inviting, attainable and approachable to all. We imperfectly honor the yogic traditions and teachings from India. Although we are teachers, we will always be students who are sharing a practice that we do not own. Through the practice of yoga, meditation + pranayama there is much to be discovered, we encourage you to make your practice your own.
HYBRID
It’s ok to want the best of both worlds…we combine elements of fitness and yoga to deliver the best of both in multiple class formats, so that when you don’t want to choose just one, you don’t have to!
MEDITATION
We encourage practices that go beyond training your body and include training your mind. You can experience mental clarity, compassion, and ease. Start here.
