A dynamic fitness experience utilizing light weights, high repetition and a stationary ballet barre to deliver rapid muscle fatigue, strength and flexibility. This class delivers a more traditional barre experience than our signature "classic" class, and still deviates from the rigid and predictable practice of classical barre programs.
