CLASSIC BARRE MEETS THE ENERGY BARRE
We weave together the traditional principals of barre with ballet inspired and pilates style movements for a head to toe, low impact workout experience that will deliver the promised muscle fatigue of a classical barre class and more. Using non-stationary body barres, participants will be challenged to activate a deep core connection and will feel rapid muscle response.
