We will begin with a warm-up flow to activate and bring awareness to the areas of the body that work together in this beautiful pose, then we will move into getting into the pose, holding the pose with power and confidence, and coming out of the pose with ease. You will leave with the knowledge you need to implement Crow into your typical practice, and hopefully, you'll feel inspired and empowered to try even more!
