Join Margaux for a powerful ,heart centered vinyasa flow by candlelight. Our asanas(postures) will be centered around the heart, to invoke a feeling of empowerment and radiate love for ourselves and others. Reiki will be offered in savasana to enhance a restful state. While this is a power focused class, all levels are welcome as modifications will be provided.
