Join Julianna for a mini retreat designed to cultivate a sense of coming home to yourself. We will use the practices of yoga asana and various meditation techniques to calm, center and ground ourselves in the space of our bodies, our minds and our environments. Between movement and meditation practices will be short insight story sessions led by Julianna with optional group participation. You will experience the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself as well as embracing the vulnerability of connecting more deeply with others.
My hope for this mini retreat is to provide a cozy and comfortable space through which we can build a more cozy and comfortable relationship with ourselves.
Suggestion is to pack small, easy snacks and possibly a thermos with a warm beverage. Dress in clothing that is comfortable for moving, with layers for supreme comfort throughout.
