Looking for something for your kiddos to do during winter break? Have them join Emily Sullivan for a three day Movement and Mindfulness Camp for kids, where fun meets focus! Each day children will explore yoga poses, calming breathwork and interactive mindfulness games designed to boost their confidence, creativity and connection. It's the perfect blend of movement and relaxation to help kids feel their best inside and out! Come for all three days or pop in for just one or two!
