Join Emily Sullivan for our Autumn Equinox Balance & Bliss workshop. A sacred space to honor the changing season and find balance within. We’ll move through a mindful and balanced yoga flow, designed to ground and harmonize your energy. We’ll use calming pranayama techniques, to deepen our breath and awareness, preparing for a guided meditation that invites you to connect with the rhythms of what’s around us.
