OFTEN TIMES WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR FOR THE FIRST TIME (OR AFTER A LONG TIME) IS THE HARDEST STEP OF ALL.
To express our understanding and to help with the heavy lifting of busting through barriers, we have initiated a buddy program within all studios!
The idea is simple really…you ask for a little support and we deliver. Coming to class should be as easy as asking for cream in your coffee (if that’s the way you like it!)
Simply fill out the form below and we’ll assign a volunteer member of our community to meet you for class.
As this program is brand new, please allow for two business days for us to match you with a volunteer!
